Eye of The Watcher gives you the ability to see through everything in the map, which means as long as they are player NPCs and have hitboxes on, you can actually see everyone right around the map.
How to get Eye of the Watcher
In order to get this new accessory, you need to talk to the new NPC Avarice in the greenhouse. Then, this NPC will give you a quest that requires you to collect 12 sigils all around the map.
The sigils can be found within buildings, lying on the bank, or in trees located on little islands in the water, among other places on the map. You will be able to spot them easily because they will glow in the distance. Once you find a sigil, clicking on them will be enough. The sigil is not going to disappear after you click on them. So do not worry, the game will know that you collected it.
For the last sigil, you need to have an Arrancar slot with a partial rest quest. If you do not have it, you can ask for help from someone who has it and that person can carry you into the area.
After collecting all 12 sigils, you will need to go back to the Avarice NPC. Once you do that, you will get the Eye of the Watcher accessory.
