Destiny 2, just like any other RPG, allows players to customize their players the way they want them to be. From the looks down to the gear, even your Ghost and ship can be customized.
But one thing Destiny 2 players play the game for is so they can build the most overpowered Guardian in the world (or at least attempt to). In this guide, our main focus is on the Warlock class.

Best Warlock Support & Damage Build Guide – Destiny 2
Support and Damage Build
The purpose of this build is that you will be keeping your teammates alive while also increasing their damage output.
To do that, you will need to have the following:
- Lumina Exotic Hand Cannon
- Boots of the Assembler Exotic Leg Armor
- Well of Radiance Subclass
These are the important parts of the build, but that’s not all, of course. There are other things we need to discuss like the subclass build and mods.
Subclass Build
Since we are going to be going for a Support and Damage build, your Subclass needs to reflect that. The Well of Radiance Subclass is the perfect Subclass for this build, but it doesn’t just stop there.
Here are the requirements you need in your Subclass:
- Healing Rift Class Ability
- Incinerator Snap or Celestial Fire Melee (whichever you prefer)
- Fusion Grenade
- Touch of Flame Soul Aspect
- Second Soul Aspect is your choice
- Ember of Benevolence Fragment
- Ember of Solace Fragments
- Ember of Searing
- Ember of Wonder
Mods
Now that we have your Subclass built, let’s move on to the mods you will need for your armor:
Helmet
- Radiant Light
- Ashes to Assets
- Kinetic Siphon
Gauntlets
- Heavy Handed
- Firepower
- Bolstering Detonation
- Focusing Strike
Chest
- Charged Up
Legs
- Surge mods based on your weapons (i.e. Solar weapons need Solar Surge, Arc weapons need Arc Surge etc.)
