Having a strong build for an MMO is pretty much required if you want to go far in the game. However, it’s hard to find builds that cater to those who don’t have a lot going on right now, especially to new players. Of course, it’s no surprise that the most popular builds are the ones with endgame gear, we got to look out for the little guys. So, in this cheap build guide, we’ll show you a couple of builds that will help you fight through the game until you reach the endgame to get that sweet, sweet gear.
Cheap Build Guide – Albion Online
Bloodlust Claws Build
A build you can use is called Bloodlust Claws, which uses the Claws weapon. This is great for open world PvP, but also usable for PvE. You’ll see this build a lot in Albion Online as it is one of the most accessible builds for newcomers to the game.
For the ability, you’ll need to have the Dash ability for this one, as it is a mobility-heavy build. You’ll have access to Sunder Armor and Disembowler, both great skills to have as it stun-locks an enemy for 3 seconds while attacking the enemy 10 times.
Then you’ll want to have the Hunter’s Hood and its ability, Retaliate. It will reflect the damage the attacker deals to you back to them while your resistances increase.
The Mercenary Jacket is a great piece for this, as every time you manage to damage an enemy, you get a self-heal of 40 points. Couple this with Reflect, and every time you attack someone, you get a lot of heals when attacking.
The Soldier Boots are a common item in most builds due to their Wanderlust ability. The ability essentially makes your character faster, allowing for shorter travel times between destinations. It is the fastest ability to help you move.
Rapid Fire Bow build
The second build you’ll want to try is the Rapid Fire Bow build. This build is great for PvE, while the last build was great for PvP. This build takes advantage of the normal Bow found in the game, which is a pretty powerful weapon when spec’d right.
The bow has great abilities, like the Deadly Shot, which can shred the armor of your target and damage them more. The next ability is the Explosive Arrow, which damages enemies in an AoE attack. Lastly is Enchanted Quiver, which increases the number of arrows in your quiver. It also grants you armor piercing and max stats, making it a great skill.
Hunter’s Jacket Build
Next up is Hunter’s Jacket with the Haste ability. This is a great piece for this build because your attack speed is essentially increased. The next gear is Mage Cowl for the Poison ability. Activating the ability will do damage over time. Then the Leather Boots with Refreshing Sprint. Not only does it speed you up, but your cooldowns are lessened.
As you can tell, this build focuses on skill uses, so make sure to utilize all skills when attacking enemies.
