Crystal of Atlan has a bunch of different systems – usually to enforce a grind which can be frustrating for F2P (free to play) players. However, if you utilize these systems effectively, you can actually get a bunch of useful loot and item fast. One such system are likes, which you can get for helping out certain players or performing well in PvP. It’s very useful for getting free transfer stones that will help boost your alt and main characters. In this guide, we’ll show you how exactly you can farm likes to get these rewards. Let’s get into it!

Like Farming Guide

Starting off, we’ll actually go over the like system so you understand how it works. You can use likes to get Coins – with each character on your account have their own coin bank.

So, the more likes you have, the more coins you’ll be able to get. Each character on your account earns coins separately and has its own limits. As a result, it’s worth it to farm likes for both your main and alt characters.

These coins can be used in the Shop to redeem different rewards. The rewards that are worth the most are Transfer Stones and Potent Crystals.

Transfer Stones allow you to move epic and gold gear between your character. This allows you to strengthen all your characters across the board and make farming with them much easier.

For example, let’s say you get a gear suitable for the Magician, but on your Fighter character. You can then transfer the gear to your Magician alt, making the gear actually useful for you. This ensures no loot is wasted.

Likes are the best way to get Transfer Stones as a free to play player. You can also transfer the Transfer Stones themselves across different characters.

Potent Crystals are also crucial because they allow you to enhance gear – which is important towards the mid to late game of Crystal of Atlan. Enhancement is incredibly expensive, and these items will increase your chances of success.

We recommend that you get the Transfer Stones with your main account (and transfer them to your alts) and get Potent Crystals with your alt characters.

Like Farming Methods

Now that we’ve established likes are crucial in Crystal of Atlan, it’s time to see how you can farm them. You get likes by donating to the Merchant’s Guild.

The items that you can donates refreshes after some time, indicated by the timer. After you donate these items, you receive likes up to a limit of 200. Keep in mind that each character on your account has a different limit.

The quickest way to farm likes is by donating pink items. You can check which pink equipment is in the daily rotation and head to the shop to see the prices. Keep in mind that people typically jack up the prices of items when they see them in the daily rotation.

So, try to get these items as quickly as possible in the shop. On top of that, you should not spend more than 20,000 Gold on the pink gear, otherwise, it will get too expensive.

A good strategy is to wait for the rotation window to refresh. Once it does, purchase the gear as fast as possible before the prices are increased. This will allow you to save gold.

Generally, stashing pink gear even if you’re not using it is a good way to avoid this problem of players jacking up prices. Instead of selling them, you’ll be able to get likes for them efficiently.

You never know when they’ll pop up in the rotation and you’ll be able to save up on gold.

Our equipment guide can also help you with obtaining higher level gear – and you can donate the ones you don’t need.

Of course, you can also donate other items like Bandages, Potions and Compasses. However, this will depend on whether you actually have excess items stored with you. Donating a few potions here and there is generally not a bad idea.

However, we recommend that you do not donate Compasses since they are more valuable in other systems.

Additionally, you can also donate flowers. Flowers are certainly not the most efficient way of getting likes, especially since they can get grindy. But it’s still a viable way if you do not want to purchase gear.

You can check which flowers are in the rotation and use your Codex to see where exactly you can gather flowers. Keep in mind that gathering eats up 10 Stamina per gather. As a result, you can only pick a set number each day.

Gathering pink flowers is very difficult and we recommend that you do not do that as it will take you all day.

Combat Likes

Another way to get likes is through combat. From what we’ve seen, there does not seem to be a hard cap on the amount of likes you can get from combat. Of course, this will cost you stamina so that does add a limit.

However, there is potential for you to farm likes as much as you want. This is because if someone invites you to your party, you can play with them even if you’ve run out of stamina.

Of course, this will prevent you from farming drops like gear. However, you can still get likes which is useful once you’ve reached the daily donation limit in the Merchant’s Guild. As a result, you could likely farm unlimited likes provided you’re willing to give the time.

That’s everything you need to know about farming likes in Crystal of Atlan. With the methods outlined, be sure to use the coins to purchase transfer stones and potent catalysts – as they are the most valuable rewards. Also, don’t worry, if you miss out on grinding likes on certain days. As long as you’re grabbing transfer stones every cycle, you’ll still be making great use of this system!
