The way Destiny 2’s quest system works is that you will need to do Steps in order to advance. In reality, they’re just really objectives that you need to complete to advance the quest forward. Each step can either be easy like visiting a specific NPC or very hard like completing a raid by yourself with the weakest weapons and gear you have on you.
Not all of them are insanely difficult like the Fragments Acquired objective for the Bluejay quest. In this guide, we will show you how to complete this objective so you can complete the Bluejay quest.
Fragments Acquired Bluejay Guide – Destiny 2
When you reach Step 2, you will get two objectives: Engine Acquired and Fragments Acquired.
We will be focusing on the Fragments Acquired portion of this step, but you can complete all five steps for the rest of the Bluejay quest.
With that said, you will need to collect 8 Fragments in the Vex Incursion Zone, while having the Strand subclass equipped. With the requirements met, you will then see enemies drop Shellcode Fragments on the ground once you defeat them.
Vex Incursion Zones move from area to area, so you will have to pay attention to where they are.
But once you are there, all you have to do is shoot anything that shoots at you and you will soon get 8 Fragments in no time.
Remember: have the Strand subclass equipped. Without it, you won’t get any Fragments to drop.
