In F1 22, you don’t necessarily have to drive in a Formula One car all of the time. While it won’t make sense for a game called F1, the developers added an option called Supercar Invitational that allows players to branch out of F1 cars and into popular supercars. In these races, you have different game modes where you can earn a gold medal. Earning gold medals in these races will grant you a trophy, so if you want tips on how to do it, this guide is for you.
Gold All Around Trophy Guide: Earn a gold medal in each type of Supercar Invitational – F1 22
There are 6 different events in Supercar Invitational that you need to get gold medals in. There’s Autocross, Average Speed Zone, Checkpoint Challenge, Drift, Rival Duel, and Time Attack. Each events have several different races, so earning gold medals on all of them will take some time and effort.
In Autocross, the goal is to finish as fast as possible while going through all of the gates on the track. You have to know when and where to brake as there are some turns that will definitely mess up your momentum if you go too fast or too slow.
In Average Speed Zone, you must complete 3 laps while maintaining the highest possible speed in order to earn the gold medal. The tracks here have brutal turns to disrupt your speed. So, you have to be careful and be aware of each corner.
In Checkpoint Challenge, you have to reach a predetermined distance in order to earn a gold medal. However, you must do so before the timer reaches zero. You can extend your timer with checkpoint gates that you can pass through, so be sure to hit those gates.
In Drift, you must accumulate a large number of points by drifting before the timer reaches zero. This is pretty straightforward and does not offer any time extensions. So, you have to really learn how to drift to get gold medals here.
In Rival Duel, you have to race against an AI with a car that’s equal performance to yours. You have to win as many rounds as possible of the 3 rounds in order to beat the AI. However, to earn the gold medal, you have to win all 3 rounds.
Last is Time Attack, which is pretty simple. You have to beat the time set in order to win the gold medal.
