One of the objectives or steps in completing the Of Queens and Worms questline is to find the Cryptoglyph Rune. It is your duty to track down the location of the Cryptoglyph Rune to energize the Cryptoglyph. This guide will show you how to find the Cryptoglyph Rune.
Cryptography Rune Location – Destiny 2
The first thing you want to do is go to the location on the map below.
Head to the quest area location and when you reach it follow the path to your left. When you reach the next quest point, jump down the cliff on your left and head further down to the cave.
You will enter the Temple of the Wrathful so keep heading north until you reach the dead end. Turn right and follow the path to the quest area, destroying the obstacles along the way.
Enter the portal and keep heading north then turn left to the quest area. Go to the quest area and enter the tower. Soon enough, you will enter the Temple of the Cunning.
Keep following the path until you reach the area in the photo above. Keep heading north until you reach the caves.
Follow the path to your right until you reach the large open area. Jump down and head to the quest area while avoiding the traps.
Defeat the enemies that spawn and be prepared to face a deranged abomination.
Clear out more enemies and defeat the Fanatic’s Chosen. Once you clear out all the areas, simply go to the quest area and you will complete the objective.
