First of all, you will need to teleport to Twinning Isle.

After this is done pick up the Aegis of Descent and you can change to all kinds of unique traits that will be only to your liking. It doesn’t matter which one really. You will keep going lower and lower and just stay on the trail of all the coins that you might see.

It will be a grind and repeat for a while. Just keep clearing out the enemies and go lower layer after layer. You will see that that 33 number will be closer to the target. Then at the very end once you’re near the ending you will simply have to jump inside the sea to complete the challenge.
