Genshin Impact has made a real blast with the newest expansion of the Desert region! It is simply very interesting to play especially when finishing the new item that is given to you in your inventory. In this guide, we will be showing you how to finish Place of Breath. Let’s get started.

Place of Breath Guide – Genshin Impact

First of all, you will need to get inside the Khemenu Temple. The location of this temple is as follows:

You can use the teleporter to get here or simply find the entrance while walking on the surface of the sand. Then just go through the main entrance and keep walking down the main tunnel. Get inside the big room that is in the middle of it and take a left. Enter the first door on the left.

You will come here as shown in the picture above and activate this structure on the wall. The gate will open and there will be a big hole inside. Just jump inside the hole and get to the very bottom of it. Do not jump because there is an air passage taking you up.

Then at the bottom, there will be Cell that you can Rotate. You will want to rotate it at the big pile of stones that is in the left corner. Once you do this you will see that the gate will open up.

Once the gate opens you will want to enter it. Walk through it and follow the sort of bridge that will be inside in this room. If you look closely you can find a floating orb on the right side hidden beneath the rubble. Walk up next to it to take it.

Then once you have it get back inside the room with the Cell. Stand on the tile with the blue light. Another cell will open and you will get the option to Release the Orb. Release it but time it properly because it can get destroyed by the cell laser.

Follow the orb and it will light up the statue that is in front of the big gate. You will need to light up one more statue to open the gate though. For this purpose, you will jump down to the big hole. It is right under the zap.

Follow the road that will take you deeper into the ground. Then you will see lots of stairs. Follow the stairs up. On your left side, you will spot this. Pick it up.

Then go back up the stairs and stand on the tile that is shown in the picture above. You will get a structure that can Release a blue floating Orb. Just activate this structure and start following the Orb around. This orb will take you up the stairs and proceed to open the door that is locked.

Go through the gate now and just get the chest. Then proceed to walk back to where the waypoint is leading you. You will need to go back from where you came from. Be careful though because there will be enemies on the road now too.

Follow the road and you will end up in the big Sekhem Hall.

There will be a Release structure just at the entrance of it. Activate it and begin following the orb. Do not go jumping because you’ll fall to your death. Instead, follow the road on the right. It will go to the very end of the room and then just start going down. DO NOT JUMP for it.

Instead, you will go back from the road and enter this entrance.

Here you will find yet another Release Orb location. Release it and begin following it. You will be jumping through holes and get down to the floor under you. This Orb will keep standing on tiles which will keep disappearing, this is how you get lower and lower.

There will be enemies to defeat. Once you follow it all the way through it will activate a statue. In the statue room, there will be an entrance that you will enter.

Enter the room, defeat all the enemies, and Release the Orb. This one is very simple. Follow the Orb towards the center room with the statues and you’ll finish the quest. There will be a cutscene and you’ll know that it’s finished. Congratulations!

We hope that this guide was helpful and aided you in this very difficult quest. Good luck and have fun finishing it yourself!
