Disney Dreamlight Valley is one of those farm life simulation games like Stardew Valley or Animal Crossing. It features some of the most famous Disney characters like Goofy and Elsa, and it also has your own customizable character. You can interact with these Disney characters, do quests for them and help them around the town, it really is Disney’s version of Animal Crossing. The game also has constant updates and one of the updates the developers have sneaked in has a secret code in it, this is how you get that secret code in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Disney Dreamlight Valley: Golden Potato Secret Code
Disney Dreamlight Valley has had constant updates since it released, specially with seasonal events like Halloween. In the official discord of the game the developers showed off a picture of the Halloween themed goods that you can get in the game which is the image below. Many users realized that if you saved the image it will actually say to look closer. The community started to look at the image to see what was the secret and they found a code on the chair.
This hidden code is GPOT-OTATO-LDFS-ENNM and you can actually use it in your game. So when you go into Disney Dreamlight Valley, go to Settings then Help you’ll see a text box where you can redeem your code.
If it doesn’t work be sure to sync your save and to update your game before trying again. Once you claim the item you just need to go to your mailbox and check the newest news. There you’ll find the Golden Potato.
That’s where it all ends, nobody still knows what to do with the potato. It is a quest item so we’ll have to wait for future updates to see what the developers have planned for us. A lot of people speculate this will be the addition of Mr. Potato Head to the game, for now there’s no solid news if that’s true.
