Time is a fickle friend; always and never on your side. Very easy to believe as soon as you realize how vulnerable you are after crashing into yet another uninhabited island. At least this time you won’t have to look for a child that’s been experimented on as your partner Kelvin already behaves the same!

Once both of you get back on your feet the work begins, self-defense of course is a top priority so it would be best to craft a bow and some arrows as soon as possible. Your axe can only do so much and going near the locals without prior preparation is ill-advised.

Sons Of The Forest – How To Craft Arrows

The Forest has a robust crafting system, but it doesn’t go too crazy where you’re crafting bullets using pure magic. What you do need to use are your eyes as you will be collecting resources left and right in order to craft a sufficient amount of arrows.

The first order of business when it comes to crafting arrows is resource gathering.

You will need to collect 4 rocks, two sticks, and two leaves. You can find all of those just by looking at the floor or hacking down small trees.

Feathers work too but given that leaves are easier to come by and the sun isn’t going to stop setting anytime soon, it would be best to gather leaves instead to save time.

Now that you have the necessary resources, open your inventory and find Stone Arrow.

It will show you the exact same items so look around your bag and place them in the gray area to begin. Once everything is in place hover over the gear icon and select combine. This is where the magic happens as the items get crafted with just a flick of your wrist.

With bow and arrow in hand, you can now deal with the local tribesmen in case they get too friendly with you! Remember to check your inventory often as you unlock more recipes every time you pick something off the ground.

Here we have Alexis, he's been gaming ever since the second Famicom came out. Which is probably the reason why he goes back to platformers every now and then. Somewhere down the line he started getting more and more fascinated about looking at maps change colors for three to eight hours straight. If he's not out strategizing and beating the life out of his space bar in that order there's a good chance you can find him playing an FPS or talking someone's ear out about how game balance gets in the way of realism. You can tell that he really likes getting the full experience of whatever he gets his hands on.
