How To View Saved Wi-Fi Passwords On Android, Without QR Code
Now, there is a way to check your saved Wi-Fi passwords, but you will need a couple of things first:
- An Android phone,
- The username and password for the router’s admin panel
- The IP address on your Wi-Fi router, which is usually found in the back of the router or on the documentation that came with it. The username and password can be found there as well.
Once you have all of those ready, then you can do the following:
- Open any web browser you have on your phone and enter your router’s IP address.
- Enter the username and password to access the router’s admin panel.
- After logging in, you should be in the admin panel. Go to Wireless or Wi-Fi settings (depending on your router, it might be different), and go to Settings or Advanced tab.
- Once inside, you should be able to see another section labeled Security or Security Settings. Go here and you will find the option to check the Wi-Fi password saved on the router.
Bear in mind that you can do this with almost any router on Android. All you need is the username & password and the IP address of the router.
Then, you will be able to log in to the admin panel of any router and get the password.
