Whether you want it bigger to see more of the action, or smaller so it doesn’t take up too much screen real estate, we’ve got you covered. How To Resize Chat Window In New World
To increase or decrease (resize) the chat window in New World all you got to do is:
- Open the main menu.
Once you’re in game, hit ESC to open up the main menu.
- Click the cog icon.
With the main menu open, click on the COG icon on top of the input field on the chat:
- Move the slider – “Text Size”.
Here, just move the “Text Size” slider either to the right (to increase) and to the left (to decrease) the size of the chat. You also have other options here that you can use to further edit the chat’s design/layout.
By default, the chat window will come set in a quite unusually big setting. Like so:
