The new Slime Rancher 2 game is out and thousands of players already love the game! The game now has thousands of positive reviews and an overwhelming positive overall review score. The game surprised the developers even on how well it did, but we all know why it happened, because it’s a good cute game! The new game offers players a chance to find and collect new types of slimes as well as explore a new island and experience new mechanics. In this guide we’ll show you where to find one of the giant slimes in the game! Let’s see where the Rock Gordo Location is.
Rock Gordo Location For Slime Rancher 2
Rock Slimes make a return from the original game and they’re just as cute in Slime Rancher 2. They’re one of the more common slimes in the game and can be found almost anywhere in the map. They’re also one of the many slimes that can harm the player, their rock crown can hurt when you get near it. You don’t even have to get near them to hurt yourself since they can also roll into a ball and launch towards you. Their big versions though, the Rock Gordo isn’t that dangerous.
To find the Rock Gordo you’ll need to start on the part of the Ember Valley shown on the image above. You’ll then need to go north to some caves where you’ll find an assortment of other slimes in there. Follow the cave until you reach the area where there are stone statues of slimes.
You’ll need to shoot boom plorts into them. There’s 3 in total in the area. One is shown above. The other one is on the image below, just across the first one.
The last one is on the on the ceiling.
After you place all of the boom plorts, a section of the wall will move revealing another room with one geyser at the bottom with a bunch of slimes and a geyser at the top. Use the top one to get to a ledge where the Rock Gordo is.
