The Games 2024 is based on the Olympics event taking place in Paris and your favorite Sonic Inspired Roblox game called Sonic Speed Simulator is participating in the event. The event features portals to user-generated experiences, where players complete challenges to unlock limited-time event-related rewards and event points.
How To Get All 5 Shines & 3 Silvers (The Games Roblox Event)
For the event, players are required to collect silvers and shines. There are a total of 5 shines and 3 silvers that you must collect in order to get the big reward.
If you’re having trouble finding them, we’ll tell you exactly where to look.
Obtaining Silvers
When you spawn into the game, you’ll find teleproters, quest area, TMNT race and much more. On the top of stairs, displayed right in the middle is the the time trial and Quests options.
When you interact with the event quest option, this will trigger a window displaying all the quests that are featured in Roblox’s Game Event.
You’ll need to complete these quests in order collect the three silver. In the quests, you’ll need to:
- Collect 1000 Chaos orbs
You can collect orbs as you go along the path. There are many orbs spread out in the map. The orbs are in the form of gems on the road.
- Get Gold in any Time Trial
You’ll need to participate in the time trial and win Gold atleast once
- Beat Metal Sonic in the TMNT race
Participate in the TMNT race and beat Metal Sonic boss atleast once to complete this quest and obtain a silver.
Each completed quest means 1 silver so complete all three of the above quests to obtain all 3 of the silvers.
Obtaining Shines
There are a total of 5 shines spread out across the map and we’ll tell you where to find ecah one.
Shine # 1
You’ll find your first shine the easiest to find because it’s right at the entrance of your path. When you leave your lobby and start your path, your shine will be right there the first thing you’ll see. It’s hard to miss!
Shine #2
The second shine is another one of the easy ones to spot. All you have to do is continue along the path and you’ll find it near the bridge as you collect your chaos orbs.
Shine #3
Follow along the same path until you reach the intersection shown in the image below.
Instead of going up this path, jump to the path next to the one you are on and continue to follow along. After this, you’ll find yourself:
- Going up a slope
- Turning left
- Staying on the same path and going up then down another slope.
On your way, you’ll encounter the third Shine.
Shine # 4
For the fourth shine, first go to the middle of the map.
Considering the image above in mind, you’ll see a massive loop path to your left and opposite to the loop will be a mountain path. You’ll need to take the mountain path.
When you go up the mountain path, there will be a hill and a tunnel that blends in like an optical illusion. The tunnel blends in pretty well and you’ll be able to spot it when you’re standing infront of it. I’ve highlighted it for you in the image below:
You’ll find the fourth shine inside this tunnel. So go over there and collect it!
Shine # 5
For the 5th and final shine, go along the path that is to the side and not the main one where you found the first shine.
Keep following along the path until you see rocks, trees and water that takes you to the other side. You can use any route to get to the water but this is fastest because the water path is narrow allowing you to jump to the other side without drowning.
Go across the water and to the other side of the island. After that continue following along the path. Follow the flowers all the way to the top of the wooden towers.
To utilize the flowers to help you jump, you’ll need to press the jump button when you see the plus sign. So you’ll jump toward the flowers, see the plus sign and then click jump again to be propelled forward.
If you miss your jump, that’s alright because the flowers will respawn and you can simply try again. The flowers take around 3 minutes to respawn.
You’ll encounter a long jump where you’ll have to propel yourself using the flowers five times so watch out for that and carefully time your jumps!
The fifth and last shine should be on the top of these towers so go over there, time your jumps, click jump when you see the plus sign and then collect the last shine.
