Step 1 – Head To The Car Dealership Building

Head to the Car Dealership road that is directly on the left side of the main road itself. You can actually see the Concordia building from it and you’ll see the Lexis Dealership. Enter it through the main gate and the opening in the fence.

When you get past the fence and inside the very parking of the car dealership, you will find a building that is all broken up with a small door on the right bottom side of it. This is the door that you’re looking for to enter.

Step 3 – Go Upstairs And Find The Door
