Go To The Heavy Machinery
First, you will go through the door and enter the room with heavy machinery. Once you entered, head down the stairs in stealth.
Get The Tactical Pistol
Once you are down, you will see enemies, and you need to go through them in stealth. The most important thing is to walk in stealth all the time. Head to where it’s pointed in the image below.
Once you are there, you will see two desks, and the Pistol will be placed on one of the desks. You will be able to craft it next time you get to an upgrade.
