Try your hand at ruthless tower warfare in Roblox Tower Defense X where you can defend your towers from powerful enemies and bosses with abilities, missiles, and special towers! Towers like the Golden Towers are powerful endgame towers that pack a massive punch. These towers are upgraded versions of pre-existing towers with increased range, firepower, and abilities. In this guide, I’ll tell you how to grind for Golden Towers easily.
Golden Towers – How To Grind For Them
The essential part of this strategy is understanding that you need to get as many kills as possible per wave. This means that the units you put down need to maximize range and damage output over a given area.
You want to farm in the Endless Mode so that you don’t have to keep opening new matches. Once you open a game, the key is to start with the Shotgunner Unit and then upgrade and add units per wave. I’ll elaborate below.

Everything You Have To Do Per Wave
- Wave 1
- Set your Shotgunner right where the enemy enters. One will do.
- Wave 2
- Upgrade the Shotgunner’s Gloves to Militant Level 2 and Shotgun Knowledge to Bigger Buckshot.
- Wave 3
- Don’t change anything.
- Wave 4
- Upgrade the Shotgunner’s Militant to Advanced Goggles level 3.
- Do microtargeting to avoid losing health.
- Wave 5
- Don’t change anything.
- Wave 6
- Continue microtargeting.
- Wave 7
- Upgrade the first Shotgunner’s Advanced Goggles to AA-12 level 4.
- Place a second Shotgunner and upgrade it to Militant and Bigger Buckshots.
- Wave 8
- Don’t do anything
- Wave 9
- Place a Cryo Ranger and upgrade it to level 3 Stealth Sensor Eye and level 2 Internal Upgrades.
- Wave 10
- Don’t do anything.
- Don’t do anything.
- Wave 11
- Upgrade the Cryo Ranger to level 4 Nitrogen Rounds.
- Place a Cryo Blaster beside the Cryo Ranger.
- Wave 12
- Don’t do anything.
- Wave 13
- Level up your Cryo Blaster to level 4 Snow Storm and level 2 Turbo Turbine
- Wave 14
- Place a new Cryo Ranger next to the first one and level it up to level 4 Nitrogen Rounds and level 2 Internal Upgrades.
- Wave 15
- Don’t do anything.
- Wave 16
- Max your Cryo Blaster’s stats.
- Wave 17
- Place another Cryo Blaster near the front of the line and level it to level 2 Bigger Fan and level 4 Overcharged Tanks.
- Wave 18
- Don’t do anything.
- Wave 19
- Sell all your Cryo Rangers and place a new Cryo Blaster.
- Level up the Cryo Blaster to level 2 Bigger Fan and level 5 Deep Freeze.
- Wave 20
- Place a Juggernaut and level it up to level 2 Joint Suppressors and level 3 Dual Guns.
- Microtarget with the Cryo Blaster (the one you just set down in the last wave) to take down the revived boss.
- Wave 21
- Max out two Shotgunners currently on the field.
- Upgrade the Juggernaut from Dual Guns to level 4 Cybernetic Pulse.
- Put down an EDJ and level it up to level 3 Rally Call.
- Wave 22
- Put down a second Juggernaut and level it up to level 2 Joint Suppressors and level 4 Cybernetic Pulse.
- Put down 2 more juggernauts and level both up to level 2 Joint Suppressors and level 3 Dual Guns.
- Wave 23
- Don’t do anything.
- Wave 24
- Put down another EDJ and get it to level 1 Bass Boosted and level 5 DJ Rave.
- Upgrade the first EDJ to level 4 Encore and level 2 Nice Rhythm.
- Put down 6 more Juggernauts and level them all up to level 2 Joint Suppressors and level 4 Cybernetic Pulse.
- Wave 25
- Max level the other Juggernaut and the other EDJ.
- Wave 26
- Don’t do anything.
- Wave 27
- Put down a John tower next to the EDJ.
- Get two more Juggernauts and get them to level 2 Joint Suppressors and level 4 Cybernetic Pulse.
- Max any other Juggernaut.
- Wave 28
- Max out the John tower and max level all th either Juggernaut units.
- Sell the Cryo Blasters.
