Playing in a group is sometimes better but you some people don’t have that chance.

How To Get Ranked Solo Guide
Playing ranked solo in Type Soul can be challenging, especially if you get ganked by a group of players. The first thing we suggest is to look for a server that doesn’t have that many high-ranking players. That just lowers the chance of them ganking you if that’s the case.
Another suggestion is to either get an Arrancar or a Quincy character because they’re currently the best in PVP. Do not pick Soul Reaper since they don’t have the great benefits the other two have. Not only that but if you pick Quincy, you’ll have easier access to Soul Society which is where we’ll want to go.
A great way to grip as many players as possible is to go to Soul Society and solo gank Soul Reapers. With a good solo build you can easily fight one or two of them at the same time even. This sounds like you’re bullying Soul Reapers and that’s really the best way to get ranked. If you’re an Arrancar or a Quincy, you’ll have more survivability than them due to your damage reduction passives.
There are also the less savory ways of gripping players, from attacking AFK players to camping mission boards. If you don’t mind some trolling, you can invite high grade players to a party, and if they accept, you’ll know where they are. You can then go to them, leave the party and attack them. It’s unsportsmanlike but it gets the job done!
