You might be wondering where the portals are as there is a new map. Fortunately, finding the portals there will be easier than you might think. So, the first thing you should do to locate the portals is finding the big old stairs in New Wanden Map. The portals are located inside on top of all those stairs.
Once you found it, you should go all the way up the stairs. Then, go inside and look for the second room on your left with a big table and chairs inside.
Behind the table, you can see the portals you are looking for.
