We are in the age where preordering games gets you some extra bonuses that you will not get unless you cough up cash before the games release. Preorder bonuses incentivizes players to buy the games before release by showing you some cool cosmetics, early unlocks, and even early access to the games. I too have preordered games before (and I have regretted around 30% of those preorders), but I always like the bonuses they come with. This time, we will be focusing on Forspoken’s preorder bonuses, and what you will get if you do.
Forspoken – What Are The Preorder Bonuses?
What Do You Get For Preordering?
When you preorder Forspoken, you will be guaranteed bonuses. However, depending on where you preorder the game, the bonuses will vary. That’s right, different stores, both digital and physical, have their own preorder bonuses available if you preorder from their store. Here are the different stores you can preorder from, and what bonuses you will get from them:
- PlayStation Store: No Limits Cloak, Symbol Combo Necklace, Trigger Happy Nails, Crafting Starter Kit (applicable for both the Standard Edition and Digital Deluxe Editon)
- Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store: Elite Cloak, Spectra Combo Necklace, and Overclock Nails
- GameStop: Premium Character Card Set
- Best Buy: Free Steelbook Case
But the big question here is: should you preorder the game?
That honestly depends if you really like what you are seeing. As far as I’m aware, this game is being made with the same engine that Final Fantasy XV was created with, which means it’s going to be an incredibly gorgeous open world game. But if you don’t want to preorder, then you don’t really need to. Instead, wait until reviews drop and if you are liking what you hear, then give it a shot.
Or wait until it’s for sale, like I am going to do.
