The world of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is diverse and full of all sorts of mysteries and quests to discover. You’ll often stumble upon hidden side quests that the game does not really point out. One such quest you can find while doing the main story is related to the Nevron Jar that you can find which is not hostile. Quite a few players get stuck here as the Nevron Jar asks for a light that you’ll need to find. In this guide, we will show you how you can find the light and progress through the quest. Without further delay, let’s get into it!
Where To Find Nevron Jars Light
The Nevron Jar can be found in the first region of Spring Meadows in Claire Obscur: Expedition 33 about halfway through. Normally, these creatures are hostile but this one will be friendly and will actually talk to you.
It will ask you to find a light. Let’s see all the steps you need to follow to do it!
Light Location
Once you’re done talking to the Nevron Jar, go through the opening that you can find past the flag nearby.

When you do so, you should see some flares explode from surviving Expedition members. Go in the general direction of this area and you should come across a bridge. Drop down from the bridge as shown below.

Move forward a bit and you see a purple glowing item hidden among some barrels. Before you can get near, you’ll need to fight a Guardian enemy.
After that, break the barrels and you’ll be able to pick it up. This item is Resin and it is a flammable item that you can light on fire. With this in hand, make your way back to the Nevron Jar.

Use The Light
When you return to the Nevron Jar, he will ask you to use the Resin to light him up. This part can be a bit confusing, although the game does give you a hint by mentioning a ‘precise shot.’
To light up the Nevron Jar, you will need to aim at the Lantern that he is holding. Shoot it in the correct area and it will light up.
Next, there will be some more dialogue before you are given a Healing Tint Shard as a reward. This item will increase the number of healing potions in your inventory!

That’s everything you need to know about finding the Nevron Jar’s light and using it in Clair Obscur Expedition 33. We recommend that you complete the quest because the additional healing can help quite a lot. On top of that, you can even fight the Nevron Jar after if you’re up for it – but we leave that for you to discover!
