Collecting collectibles can be a bit of a drag, and often times you are looking in the right place, but are either looking too hard and missing it or not looking enough and giving up. But it’s the way to extend the games play time and if you really like the game, you probably aren’t bothered with having to find 600 collectibles in one game (looking at you, Breath of the Wild). Thankfully, Blacktail doesn’t have a lot of collectibles, just an adequate amount. In this guide, we will show you how to find all totems in the game.
All Totem Locations – Blacktail
Before you start looking for them, it is advised that you play until the point of no return, as some locations and specific gear are required to be unlocked in order to access these areas and get the totems.
Spring Area (3 Totems)
You can find one of the totems here in this area. It is trapped under ice, so you will need a special arrow to break it open and interact with the totem.
The second totem in the Spring area can be foujnd near the windmill, just across the lake.
The third and last totem in the Spring area can be found here.
Summer Area (4 Totems)
The first totem you can find in the Summer area is the one near the waterfall.
The next totem in the Summer area is quite a way away from the last location. When you reach the area, you can find the totem in the middle of an open field.
The third totem is in the Summer area, but not there in the same time. In the location on the map, you will need to enter a kind of “upside down” world, where everything is upside down. You can find the totem there.
The last totem can be found here in this area, in a small piece of land in the middle of a body of water.
Autumn Area (4 Totems)
Moving on to the Autumn area, you can find the first totem near a blue idol on the map.
The second totem can be found near the lake. The totem is overlooking it on a ground much higher than the lake.
The third totem is located here on the map, under a cliff.
The last totem in the Autumn area can be found here, next to a Black Cat on the map. You will need to use a special arrow to break the ice open.
Winter Area (1 Totem)
The totem can be found in a courtyard that’s covered in ice. It’s under a large ice tree too, pretty hard to miss.
