Go to the Area Past the Desert Area Near Levincia Lighthouse
Camerupt can be found here in this area, just pass the desert area near Levincia Lighthouse. There are plenty of other Pokemon here, almost crowding the area, but you can easily spot Camerupt. You can also find Numels here, the first form of Camerupt, if you would rather do it the long way and train your Numel to evolve.
