Go to Alfornada
Umbreon is a dark type Pokemon, meaning it will only appear at night. You will have zero chance to find it in the day, so don’t even bother. Now, Umbreon is very hard to find, harder than the rest of the Eevee evolutions. The easiest way to find it is by going to Aflornada at night and walk around the area around the town.
The other way to do this is by catching an Eevee and giving it the Dusk Stone for its evolution.
