In Valdrakken, you can find the Artisan’s Mettle vendor in the Artisan’s Market.
There should be an NPC named Rabul, and in his shop, you can find items you can buy with Artisan’s Mettle. He will be your number one shop to spend your Artisan’s Mettle on.
