To use your Rosary Knots, you will need to go to the Streets of Wakes region. There, you can find the NPC that will let you use your Rosary Knots to give more Rosary Slots. On the map, the NPC is marked with a rosary symbol.
However, to get to the location, you will need to cross through this area, and it will be impossible without the help of the Veredicto and Sarimento & Centella weapons.
You will need to use the Veredicto weapon to hit the bell. Afterwards, switch to the Samiento & Centella weapons to use the mirrors to phase through the steel beam that’s blocking your path.
After that, it’s a straight shot to the NPC. When you get there, all you have to do is present the Rosary Knots and you will get more Rosary Slots added.
