Follow these simple steps to reach the island:
Teleport to the Derelict Masonry artifact domain.
Make your way to the shoreline nearby where a Dragon Idol is located. Search for the Koholasaurus and Indwell it to gain the ability to travel across water.
Along your path, collect Phlogiston particles to boost your sprint and maintain speed while crossing to the island.
Finally, by heading up this hill, you will find the Teleport Waypoint to take you to the boss’s location.
