The Lost Riches event is a series of quests where you go around the lands looking for treasure using the information given to you by an NPC near Sumeru called Ulman. You along with a Treasure-seeking Seelie will go around an area looking for the buried treasure and often times this quest includes fighting monsters, collecting essence for your Seelie and opening chests filled with goodies! The Lost Riches event is a multiple-day event so you’ll need to wait for the next one to pop out though. In this guide we’ll show you how to do the Lost Riches Day 3 quest for Sumeru in Genshin Impact.
Lost Riches Day 3 | Sumeru Guide For Genshin Impact
If this is your first time doing the Lost Riches event then you should go check out the previous days first. Good thing for you is that we have a guide right here for Day 1. For the Day 3 Lost Riches quest you’ll need to head to the west of Port Ormos to start it.
Once you enter the general area of the quest you should equip the Treasure-seeking Seelie so you can start your search. Run around until you find glowing blue orbs floating around, you need to collect these orbs to let the Seelie find the area where the buried treasure chest is. When you’re near one it’ll place an icon on your minimap.
Once you collect all the floating blue orbs, which is always 3 of them, the Seelie will mark the area where the chest is with a blue glowing line. Go there and interact with it to start a challenge. The Treasure chest area to the west is our first target.
Once you start the challenge a bunch of enemies will start spawning in. When you defeat them, they’ll drop orbs of energy. You’ll need these to collect to get the Seelie Vitality bar up. Once the bar is full the challenge ends and the Seelie will point you to where the treasure chest is. This is usually nearby.
Collect the next set of 3 blue orbs. You’ll find yourself in the southern part of the quest area where the next challenge is.
This one is different from the first because once the challenge starts a set of energy orbs will appear around the area. You’ll need to get them all before the timer runs out to fill up the Seelie Vitality bar. This one is easier and faster to do than the fighting challenge. After finishing the challenge collect your reward and go collect the next set of 3 blue orbs.
The next treasure location is near the center of the quest area and the challenge is like the first one. Defeat the monsters, collect the energy orbs and fill up the Seelie Vitality bar. After that the challenge finishes and you get to collect your prize!
