Even from the very early days of Last Oasis players have been having a big issue. This issue is that you will need to go out looking and actually farming schematics even for the most basic and common items in the game. Well, the devs have listened and they have added a solution for this problem. Let’s see how does it work.

How To Unlock Schematics Permanently – Last Oasis

A new patch has finally been released! This is something that the community has been asking for a very long time and our prayers have been finally answered! It offers quite a lot of changes and the biggest ones yet are the Shrines all over the map and the Schematics which you can now unlock and have permanently.

These Shrines are actually how you can get to make your schematics to be permanent. You will need to sacrifice some of them in order to be come permanent.

They are spawning on multiple different types of Ripu Camps. One of the biggest complaints that the player base has right now is that there has been no way to unlock something permanently in this game. Farming schematics just to make a simple Stone Axe can be pretty frustrating! This has changed finally. This is why you want to find these Shrines.

You will be able to take a series of the schematics that you’ve already found. Keep in mind that it will require a different number for different types of things. Once you have the set and needed number of schematics, find a Ripu Camp, clear it and go to one of the Shrines there.

You are only able to make the items that drop on the Cradle map permanent. So if this item didn’t spawn there you won’t be able to make this work with it.

To permanently unlock each crafting recipe you will need a whole total of:

  • Ammos x100 Prim or Sharp
  • Ripu Fur Armor x8
  • Simple Tools x6
  • Bags x5
  • Fiber Armor x5
  • Rawbone Hand Axe x10
  • ImpBottle x10

When you place them on the left side, just drag items from the right to the left. So just drag the Stacks and items needed to craft the needed schematic. It needs to go a little something like this:

Some players are having difficulty not being able to work with the Shrine for some reason. Well, you will need to make sure that the Camp is actually completely cleared out of enemies. You will need to spread around and look for some survivor maybe bugged behind something. Once they are all cleared out you will be able to make this guide work.

That should be it! Thanks to the devs for giving us something like this. Now go on ahead and get some easy permanent schematics! Have fun!
