SpongeBob seems to always be caught in these weird situations having to save the universe, despite just being a fry cook for a fast food restaurant. In SpongeBob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake, SpongeBob is once again thrust into saving not just the universe, but the multiverse this time.
Someone probably watched Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness and thought “hey, let’s make a game like this, but with SpongeBob”. Fast forward to a couple of years and here we are, a new game with SpongeBob saving the multiverse. But enough about that, let’s collect some coins!
Medieval Sulfur Fields All Coin Locations – SpongeBob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake

On the Cloud Slide, there is a coin that you can miss if you do not jump through the middle of the ring.

In the middle of the Garden Maze, there is a hidden coin that you can collect after pressing the switch on the floor.

There is also another coin in the Garden Maze, which is found here on a tree stump.

In the Castle Courtyard, there is a set of stairs that lead down to the water. You can also find a boulder that SpongeBob can jump on top of and roll around.
In front of the boulder is a barrel that once you destroy with the boulder, many more will appear.
Destroy all the barrels until you reach the end, where you will find a coin next to a fisherman.

Back in the Castle Courtyard, there is a seahorse you can ride and start a minigame.
The seahorse will take you outside the castle walls and into a course. During the course, you can find a coin up top.

In Twitchy’s Cottage, you can find the sixth coin behind some slime.
Coin #7
The seventh coin can be found in Twitchy’s Cottage but on a high pillar. You will need to get to a high point and glide towards it.

In the Meanderson River, there is a waterfall. Behind the waterfall is a coin.

There is a minigame called the Bard Audition. Complete it and you will get a coin.
Coin #10
Another Bard Audition can be found in the same area. Complete it to get a coin.
Coin #11
The last coin can be found in the Dormitory Hall.
