When going into a new game you might learn a lot of things with tutorials, but sometimes the game doesn’t have them. Even if they do sometimes, they don’t give you all the information you need. In The House TD, a Roblox game, you can easily get overwhelmed by all the mechanics. That’s why you’ll need to know the basics first, like upgrading your towers.

Tower Upgrade Guide

Upgrading towers in The House TD makes it so you can increase the stats of a single tower. With each upgrade, you can increase either the Speed, Damage, Boost, or Range of a Tower. To do this, you’ll first need to know what the requirements are to upgrade a tower.

Requirements:

Death Certificates (1000 Gems Each).
Identical Towers to sacrifice.
Main Tower to upgrade.

Upgrading Towers

To get started, you’ll first need to have identical towers to the one you want to upgrade. Once you have those you’ll want to go to Death’s Office. There, you’ll see two NPCs that are important to the upgrading process.

First, you’ll want to buy Death Certificates for 1000 Gems each from the Death Certificates NPC. You’ll need one for each tower you’ll want to sacrifice to upgrade your main tower.

Now that you have the certificates, talk to Death and make a deal with him. You’ll see the screen shown below.

Pick the tower you want to sacrifice on the left side of the window. Remember that it has to be identical to the one you want to upgrade.

Then, use a Death Certificate to sacrifice it and get a Soul Orb.

Now, all you need to do is go to your backpack and go to the Collectibles Tab. From there, you can pick the Soul Orb you just got and select “Use.”

Then, choose the tower you want to upgrade and then choose the stat you want to upgrade. Each orb will upgrade a stat of a tower once.

Upgrading Tips

If you’re new to the game and don’t know what to upgrade, then go for the safe option and upgrade Damage. This is almost always the stat you’ll want to increase in the game.

If you have the Demon Mage tower, you’ll want to upgrade its boost instead. This is because this tower boosts other towers so increasing that stat is better.
