Final Fantasy XVI: The Angel of Death Location | Hunt Board Guide

The Hunt Board in Final Fantasy XVI sure is fun. You get to explore Valisthea, defeat mighty beasts and creatures, and of course, to top it all off, get juicy rewards as you do so. That’s amazing. One of the enemies that you can hunt, is called the Angel of Death, which sure sounds scary. But don’t be, it’s not much of a threat for a player like you. In this guide, I’ll show you the exact location of the Angel of Death in Final Fantasy XVI.

The Angel of Death Location | Hunt Board Guide

The Angel of Death, also called Aruna, is located in the Claireview area somewhere in the Holy Empire of Sanbreque. In case you’re wondering how to get there, I’ll show you the places that you can go to easily reach the location. Let’s proceed!

First, you need to go to Northreach, which is located far east from the Central Storm Deadlands Hideaway. You can refer to the map below for the exact location.

From Northreach, you’ll have to go south towards the Claireview where the Angel of Death is flying somewhere.

Follow this indicator shown in the image below and proceed to hunt the Angel of Death down.

There’s what you’re looking for. Go near it to start combat and show it who’s the real Angel of Death is. After successfully defeating it, you can then claim your rewards in the Hunt Board. Good work!
