How to Get Tactical Gear
Tactical Gear can be crafted using the crafting menu that is accessible to players. Tactical Gear is an important resource in Undawn since it allows you to use weapons like Grenades and Mines. For instance, every time you throw a grenade, it costs you 3 Tactical Gear. Hence, it is crucial to ensure you are stocked up on this resource.
Crafting Tactical Gear
To craft Tactical Gear, you will have to use the on-the-go crafting menu. This can be accessed by selecting the Hammer icon on the left side of your screen or pressing the O button.
Once inside this menu, select the Ammo icon to jump into crafting weapon-related items. Here you can find the recipe to craft the Tactical Gear. If you are of a high enough level, you will have access to 2 different recipes. The recipes differ in the amount of Tactical Gear that can be crafted from them. The first recipe requires 1 Iron Ore, 1 Tattered Animal Hide, 1 Cedar Bard, and 1 Common Flaxseed. This grants the player 12 Tactical Gear.
The second recipe requires tier 2 ingredients, including 1 Copper Ore, 1 Small Animal Hide, 1 Ash Branch, and 1 Prairie Flaxseed. This gives the player 18 Tactical Gear.
