After you have got to the Location by going to the yellow indicator, you’ll be able to see a Streaming Projector. However, you may not want to head inside of it yet. Instead, you want to look to the left for a crate which you can interact with to push it. This will allow you to move the reflection of the crate to the left side of the blue screen.

You may want to obtain other chests rewards as well by jumping on top of the wooden crate then keep hoping to get to the higher areas. The two other chests also contain precious rewards that you may not want to miss out on.
After that, the Water Droplet that you just found will transform into some new tracks. Then, the next part of the quest will unlock for you on your screen as well. Simply ‘Ride ahead on the Choo-Choo Cart’ and you’ll be able to keep progressing in the questline. Good luck!
