Some heroes in Naraka: Bladepoint just shines in solo mode. The tierlist for the best heroes to run solo mode in the game has also continued to change since the balance shifting. And in 2023, we’ve compiled the latest tierlist for these heroes, considering everything from their damage potentials to survivability.
And with the new free-to-play entry, new players have entered the game with little knowledge of heroes. How viable are support characters? Can you still dominate with Matari? Here’s the Naraka: Bladepoint solo heroes tierlist for 2023!
Solos Heroes Tierlist 2023
A lot of rebalancing has shifted characters’ place in the tierlist. Many were reworked to make them more viable in solo queue while others were nerfed to avoid them being over abused. We’re at a point where almost every character can dominate the field, even Yoto Hime.
But with all skills considered, the current playstyle in Naraka demands versatility. You need to be able to escape when needed, survive long fights, and have reliable combos to put pressure on your enemies. With all things considered, here’s the 2023 solo hero tierlist!
S-Tier
Valda Cui’s buff was the buff she deserves. Her first ultimate variation with the extra health bar makes her ability to land nuking damage without dying a very possible situation. You can empower her Haze skill and the Gold Focus state will guarantee that your hit lands. And if you can get her second skill variation, it allows you to use it while under attack as well.
Akos Hu has been such a dominant pick in solo runs right now. His versatile skills are so easy to use on most situation and can be cast anytime. It’s not surprising that he’s remained on S-tier since release. His first ultimate variation remains as the best favorite for Akos mains.
A-Tier
Justina Gu first came out as an OP pick for solo. Even though the meta has changed because of her versatlity she’s still a great pick. Her first skill variation lets her break out of combos and her basic ultimate is still a great choice to stagger your enemy.
Matari is still a great character to play, but different from most solo players. Matari’s skillset makes her a great hit-and-run character, someone who will benefit the most when third-partying another fight. She can slick out of fights when needed and sneak in a few hits when she wants to.
Zai’s Golden Focus Chain Scythe from her ultimate makes her so oppressive from a distance. Her first ultimate variation grants her a wider range and stuns longer.
Takeda Nobutada is designed to be a durable, offensive character, creating pressure all by himself with his own decent defense, though he has three charges for both skills.
Tarka Ji is another great solo character, especially because of his passive defensive ability. He can block attacks and deal heavy counterattack damages, which forces opponents to change their playstyle.
Ziping Yin is the winner in an endurance fight and she has the skill to avoid getting staggered. The rebalancing still makes her so viable, mostly because she heals so effectively and can be hard to parry.
B-Tier
Viper Ning is easily a versatile character that causes healing reduction and she has defensive skills. She’s easily capable of running away when needed or just overpower in 1v1, but her ultimate, even at 2nd variation, is hard to land and isn’t as useful.
Wuchen is by far, the most annoying, intrusive character in the game. But he lacks that oppresive nature other characters have and can be hard to win in solo fights, landing him in B-Tier.
Everyone loves Yoto Hime in trios, but in solos, she may have to rely on most of her basic skillset with the 2nd variation for her ultimate. That said, she’s still a very viable pick if you know the right timing to use her skills.
Feria Shen’s skills can be used under attack and she can be pretty aggressive in fights. But she also has quite the defensive skills and her Ultimate variation is more versatile and offensive.
Temulch is too much of a third-party bait and while he can launch his skill. Though he attacks while underattack, he lacks versatility needed to give chase or run.
Yueshan has the right basic skills to break into enemy’s line. But everything else including his ultimate aren’t enough.
C-Tier
Kurumi is not a completely horrible pick just because she has heals. She is self-sustainable, but because this is a BR where you have to kill, that makes her lacking in the offensive side.
Tianhai transformation is another third-party bait and his skillset variations are not bad, but his ultimate’s use is mostly just for resetting.
Thus is the tierlist for the current meta. We definitely expect things to switch up little by little with new heroes, new jadesouls and new maps. So we’re going to keep our eyes peeled for any future changes that’ll shift the meta!
