Attacks from your enemies, especially bosses, can be heavy and if they hit you, it can reduce your HP significantly. Using a shield can help you block the attacks of the enemies. This guide will show you how you can get the Great Turtle Shell Shield.

Great Turtle Shell Shield Location – Elden Ring

There are different types of shields, and the Great Turtle Shell Shield is a medium-type of shield. Small shields are lighter but medium shields can provide a good defense against attacks and allow you to block most attacks.

When you equip the Great Turtle Shell Shield, you will get the Barricade Shield skill. You will need Strength to increase your guard and attack with the shield.

To get the Great Turtle Shield, go to the bottom part of the map as seen above.

Use the Wind Vortex here to get to the top of the tower on your right. You will find a cot near the edge of the tower with a corpse on it. Go near it and select Pillage Remains.

You will get the Great Turtle Shell Shield as a reward.
