Sonic.exe The Disaster is a new Roblox game that takes the beloved blue hedgehog and turns him into a monster that hunts other players down. Abilities

Tails have two abilities, namely Glide and Arm Cannon. For Glide, as the name suggests, this allows Tails to hover above the ground and cover distances quickly while remaining out of Sonic’s reach.

The Arm Cannon is a weapon that allows Tails to stun Sonic upon hitting him. The Arm Cannon requires time to charge before it can be used. Upon usage, there is significant recoil that knocks Tails back.

How to Use Arm Cannon

The first tip that you should know is that the Arm Cannon requires 2 seconds to charge before you can shoot. In the bottom right, you can see the countdown for the Cannon. When it hits 13 seconds, the color will change from Yellow to Green, indicating that you can now fire.

For the second tip, since Sonic is extremely fast, you must aim slightly ahead to avoid missing your shots. For context, if, for instance, Sonic is chasing another Survivor, you should try to predict which direction the Survivor will take and, depending on that, fire the cannon as the survivor’s actions will determine Sonic’s action as well.

We do not recommend using the Arm Cannon in close-range combat. This is because the Arm Cannon requires time to charge up, and this brief window is arguably the vulnerable position of the entire game. At most times, Sonic will shift his attention to you once he notices that the Arm Cannon is being charged. The only way to save yourself is to cancel the charging so that you can run away. 

Team Placement

The best way to use Tails, in our opinion, is from large distances as the Arm Cannon is more or less a Sniper Rifle. Find a good position, preferably on higher ground, and use that to assist your teammates by stunning Sonic. All these factors make Tails the perfect Backcourt placement. The best strategy is to stay behind your main Stunner and let them fight at the frontline while you pick at Sonic from a distance.

Shooting from high ground

It is crucial to maintain your position and synergy with teammates since Tails is one of the most targeted characters in the game due to his fragile status and his overpowered hand cannon. 

How to Use Glide

The main usage for the Glide ability is running away from Sonic and recharging your Arm Cannon. This ability can be used to jump between high places and keep the high ground advantage. This not only allows Tails to have a direct line of sight on Sonic but also to keep out of Sonic’s reach by constantly shifting positions.

The Glide ability can also be used to revive your teammates, as Tails is able to cover a lot more distance than someone who is traveling on foot. However, you should be aware of your surrounding and not directly glide into Sonic. A workaround for this method is that you can charge your Arm Cannon mid-flight, which allows you to fire it the moment you touch the ground instantly.

Charging while gliding

A neat little trick is that you can also Fake using Tails. For this, simply jump and glide back in the direction that you jumped from. This can confuse Sonic since he expects you to glide forwards and not back in the same position.
