There are a lot of quests you can get in the Horizon Forbidden West. These quests can give you rewards and rare weapons that will help you with future fights. This guide will show you how you can complete the Shining Example quest.
Shining Example – Horizon Forbidden West
To start the quest, go to the area on the map below and talk to an NPC called Marallo. You will get the errand called Shining Example. You need to go to two different places to complete the objectives.
Go to the campsite as seen on the map below and you can get access to the two quest areas.
Use your flying mount and go to the quest area of the Horus cell first. You can also unlock the campsite nearer to the quest area if you need to.
Get the Horus Cell here and go to the next quest area to the Mountaintop. Drop the Horus Cell on the machines and go down your mount to finish off the remaining machines.
There is a cache on top of the mountain to your left. You will find some triangular bushes below it. Destroy it and be prepared to fight two Dreadwing enemies.
Continue destroying the flower and pick up the Greenshine below the flower to complete the quest.
