So, you got the new Mario Golf for your Nintendo Switch and you are wondering how to get new golf courses and new characters? You are in the right place. If you want to beat your friends with the best character and you want to show your prime courses, unfortunately, you’ll have to grind a bit to reach the whole content of the game, since there is no “easy” or “cheaty” way to do this.

How To Unlock Courses & Characters – Mario Golf Super Rush

First, you choose the quick way to start a game, “Play Golf”, then, in Golf Mode, select “Standard Mode”, choose whatever controls and rules you want to use, since it won’t affect anything, select “1” for players in both categories and a character you are comfortable with to play quite a few holes.

Now, at Courses, you have to select the last unlocked course, the one that is above the question marks (“???”). In the beginning that will be the “Rookie Course”. Next, you’ll have to input “18 H” for the Holes amount, starting from 1 H (the first hole) and start the game.

At this point the game starts and you’ll have to grind through every hole until you finish the course. After it’s done, you’ll unlock the next course and you’ll have to start all over again. This way, after many games, you will unlock all the courses in Mario Golf – Super Rush.

The bad news is that there are no unlockable characters in the game. Best you can do is choose your Mii, which is quite disappointing.

I would recommend you get a friend and go through these courses together since there is no fun in unlocking these courses just for the sake of it.

I hope this article was useful to you and answered the questions you might have had about Mario Golf – Super Rush, even if the answer is so disappointing.
