Aside from fighting other players, SCUM also plays a huge focus on survival against nature. One of the most essential resources in the game is Water. This guide will show you how you can get Water in SCUM.
How To Get Water – SCUM
When you first enter the game, one of the problems you will face is Dehydration. Aside from finding gear, you also need to find food and water. To know if you are dehydrated, you can take a look at the glass icon on the lower-left corner of the screen.
You can see the percentage of your hydration in this corner. If the percentage is red, you need to drink water. Your character will also tell you or warn you when you are nearing dehydration. You can also press Tab to go to the inventory and go to the metabolism to check your hydration.
If you are dehydrated, your health and stamina will not regenerate. To get water, you can craft a Well in the Crafting menu and then drink from the Well. If you find some lakes and rivers, you can drink from them as well.
You can also find liquids like water bottles and sodas all over the map that can help with dehydration.
However, alcoholic drinks are considered food and would not replenish your hydration.
