One of the most notorious questlines in Destiny 2, Operation Elbrus Step 11 poses a problem with some players when it comes to the quest’s objective.  This quest needs you to collect Psychogenic Intel, but most players run into the problem of not receiving any.

Read on to figure out why and how to solve this particular problem!

How To Fix No Intels Drop: Destiny 2

The way loot works in this game is that once you hit the cap for a certain item, you won’t be able to get any more. It’s either you’d need to use them or lose them. For Psychogenic Intel, you are only allowed to hold 2,000 at a time, so once you hit the maximum you won’t be able to get any more unless you reduce the number.

A way of using these Intels is to run the PsiOps Battlegrounds playlist via the HELM and open Runic Chests to use them.  This is the best way to have them gone since you’ll be gaining something in return. If you don’t want to or don’t need to, then the only other way is to delete the stack

Deleting the items will bring your count back to zero and you don’t have to worry since earning them isn’t that hard.

All you need for this quest are 500 gained Intels after all and three Crucible matches, whether you win or lose, will be enough to continue from this step.

That’s all there is to it. There are some quests that would be needed for you to get Psychogenic Intel so if you see yourself at an impasse again with this problem, you now have a way to solve it!
