In order to unlock the Gordon Nemo Half-Life skin, you have to get a certain achievement and win 5 rounds on the Blackhole Lab map.
You will be able to play in the Blackhole Lab through the Last Stand Mode. The wins should be in the quick matches to unlock the Gordon Nemo skin. Because if you play it in custom games, your games will not count.
