Creatures Of Sonaria: All 5 Ancient Key Fragments Locations Guide

Event missions and quests in games are always fun to do since you often get event-only prizes in the end. Sometimes though, these missions can be quite difficult to do. And in Creatures of Sonaria, some event missions are just like that. From going around the map looking for numbers, to doing the same but looking for key fragments, there’s a lot to do here.

In this guide, we’ll show you where you can find all of the 5 Ancient Key Fragments in the game. Now, let’s see where these fragments are so we can finish the event mission!

All 5 Ancient Key Fragments Locations Guide

With the current Mystery of the Keys Event going on in Creatures of Sonaria, there are a lot of Event Missions that you can do.

One of the event missions is finding all 5 ancient key fragments in the game. These key fragments are scattered all over the map and you’ll need to find all 5 of them to complete it.

Now, here are all the locations for these Ancient Key Fragments.

Ancient Key Fragment #1

The first key fragment is to the northeast of the map in the Flower Cove. For this one, you’ll need to be a Tier 1 or 2 creature since anything bigger and you can’t fit. That’s because the fragment will be inside a small hole.

You’ll need to find the small hole shown in the image below. It’ll lead you up and to the first Ancient Key Fragment which is labeled as “???.”

Once you get close to it, you can inspect it and that will let you get the key fragment. Now, on to the next one!

Ancient Key Fragment #2

The next key is to the northwestern parts of the map in the jungle area. You’ll need to find a cave near the tip of the area. We’re looking for a cave that has some writing on a section of its walls.

Below is an image of the writing on the cave. It’s a false wall and you can go through it without any problem.

Once you’re inside, go down the area, and you’ll see a statue with wings. Behind the wing on the right, is another key fragment that you can collect. Just walk up to it and interact with it.

Ancient Key Fragment #3

For the next Key Fragment, we’ll need to go to the highest desert sky island. As you can see in the image below, in the middle of the Sky Island is a small pond, but it’s quite deep actually.

You’ll need to go here when it’s either Spring or Sakura as well, or else the Key Fragment won’t be there.

At the very bottom of the pond is the Ancient Key Fragment that we need. Be careful with diving down there though and keep an eye out for your oxygen meter.

Ancient Key Fragment #4

The next Ancient Key Fragment is in the snowy mountains to the southern parts of the map. You’re looking for a small circular hole like the one shown below. Go inside it, and you’ll find a large cave area.

For this, you’ll need a flying creature that can go to the cave’s ceiling.

That’s because the cave’s ceiling is the key fragment that we need. Go up there and interact with it when you get close to getting it.

Ancient Key Fragment #5

The last key fragment on the list is in the Seaweed Depths in the eastern parts of the map.

For this, you’ll need to have at least the Koipise or Nimoona creature, or else you won’t get the fragment. Get down the area shown below, and you’ll find an unknown portal, go through it.

Once you’re on the other side of the portal, you’ll need to go up and south following the river path keeping to the right wall.

While going through the river, you’ll see a hole on the right wall like the one shown below. Go through it and go up to the surface of the water.

You’ll see the area shown below to the southwest. Then, you’ll want to jump to the site where the arrow is pointing, and this will lead you to the cave. To proceed, you’ll then have to crawl inside it.
