With the massive world that Assassin’s Creed Mirage gives to the player, it’s easy to get lost in all of it. Sometimes, you even get lost in the middle of a mission. One of the quests in the game is The Great Symposium and in it, you’re tasked with looking for the Poet Arib who is resting in the eastern outer courtyard.

The Poet Arib is Resting in the Eastern Outer Courtyard
At one point in the game, you’ll find yourself in The Great Symposium quest line in Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
This quest takes place in the renowned Baghdad House of Wisdom. This was a center of learning back Islamic Golden Age of the Abbasid Empire.
In the quest, you’ll be tasked with finding the Poet Arib who is resting in the eastern outer Courtyard. You can go to the center of the House of Wisdom to orient yourself.

From the center of the House of Wisdom, you’ll want to head to the northeastern area shown in the image below. Go up the stairs and through the doorway onto the other side.
As you get out of the hallway, look to the right where you’ll see a gazebo of sorts. Inside is the Poet Arib, go there and talk to the NPC to have a little chat. After the chat is over the quest will continue onwards!
This character might be a nod to the famous Arib al-Ma’muniyya, a slave who was trained in the arts of entertainment which included poems and singing at that time.
She was the most famous slave singer in the Baghdad court. The series often shows historical characters like her for history buffs to find.
