Assassin’s Creed Mirage features a variety of unique missions that are different from the latest games the series has offered. This includes Investigations where Basim puts on his detective hat (or hood) to uncover mysteries. He does this by analyzing clues and coming to a conclusion.
In this guide, we will show you how to complete the Investigate Ahmad’s Office Objective. This is part of a larger Investigation mission, Finding the Missing Brother. We will show you how you can get into Ahmad’s Office and interact with all the clues inside. Let’s dive in and solve this mystery!
Investigate Ahmad’s Office Guide
The first thing you want to do is head to the location where the objective is. You can check where this objective is and its details by going into the Investigations section of your Menu.
The location for this objective can be found in the corner of the Abbasiyah section of Baghdad.
Specifically, you want to head to the House of Wisdom in Abbasiyah.
Explore the House of Wisdom area until you arrive in the middle, where the main courtyard is.
There will be various NPCs moving around the House of Wisdom. To locate Ahmad’s Office, you need to talk to a specific NPC in the courtyard area.
You can identify this NPC by using your Eagle Vision in this area. The NPC will be glowing red.
Approach the NPC and talk to him. This will start a cutscene where he will tell you the location of Ahmad’s office.
He will tell you that Ahmad’s office is right behind him. After thanking him, you can move to the office door nearby.
When you interact with the door and press the Open Door button, it will start another cutscene. This time it is with the thief Nehal.
After the conversation is over (or rather argument), Basim will finally enter inside Ahmad’s Office.
He will not be inside his office, but there are various clues that you can interact with. You can locate these clues by activating your Eagle Vision and looking around. They will glow red.
The first clue is on the right after you enter the office. It will be a letter on top of a pile of books. Interact with it for your first clue of the case.
Look towards the left and you will see a glowing red clue behind a seemingly blocked off space. You can access this space by moving the bookshelves that are to your left as you enter the office.
Move the right most bookshelf and push it ahead as much as you can. After that move it to the left until the bookshelf stops moving. This will create a small gap on the right that you can walk through.
Release the bookshelf and enter through the gap. You will now be able to interact with the clue which are some designs laid out against a board. This will be the second clue for this Objective.
Leave this space and look for more clues. You will be able to find more designs that are laid out on a large table overlooking the office. Interact with it for your third clue.
The final clue can be found in the furthest corner of the office from the entrance. These are some measuring tools that are laying on a table. Interact with them for the fourth clue.
Interacting with all the clues will conclude the Investigate Ahmad’s Office Objective. You can now open the Investigations Menu and look for the next objective in this Investigation.
