In The Front, you have to gather and craft all sorts of resources to construct various structures and ensure your survival against the various monsters and other hostiles in the world. The game claims to have over hundreds of different crafting components, and among them is polymer. So, how exactly does one acquire polymer in the game?
How to Get Polymer
Polymer is an essential crafting component for a lot of the game’s middle tier equipment and other structures. To create some, you will need to build a Pyrolyzer.
In order to construct a pyrolyzer, you must first advance a bit through the Basic tech tree. Once you have unlocked the recipe for it, you will need 8 machine parts and 10 copper ingots.
Again, you will also need to advance a bit into the tech tree to learn how to make polymer. Once that’s done, you can finally make some at a pyrolyzer.
The crafting process will require two resin and two crude oil. To actually make some, you must first open up the pyrolyzer to bring up the crafting menu.
In this menu, drag some crude oil and resin into the Inventory Bar on the right hand side of the screen. Once you’ve done that, click on the polymer recipe on the left side of the menu.
With that done, just click on the Craft button in the middle of the screen. That’s all there is to it, you have now crafted polymer and are ready to make some of the game’s more advanced recipes!
