How to Add & Play Crossplay With Xbox & PC Friends
You can add people on Cross-Platform by loading up Roblox first and adding your friend’s username on connect.
It can even be a user on Xbox or PC! Do make sure that you have Cross-Platform Enabled first before you start wondering why anyone isn’t showing up.
Once that’s that done, and you’ll be able to search for your friends and send them requests in a matter of minutes.
Have Roblox loaded and go to settings first. You’ll find that on the top right of your screen.
Another settings tab will pop up again on your left. Open that and you’ll see the Cross-Platform Play button under Playstation Network Settings.
How to Crossplay on Xbox
Here’s what you need to do if you’re on the Xbox version of the game. It has a few more pages that you’ll need to get through:
- Go to settings on your homepage.
- Go to account and choose Privacy & online safety.
- Choose Xbox privacy.
- Choose View details & customize.
- Choose Communication & Multiplayer.
Get through all of that text and you should see four options on the last page. One of them will have the words “cross-network play” on it, so make sure you change the setting to “Allow.”
Another issue you’ll encounter if you’re on the Xbox is the inability to add or accept friend requests. You’ll have to go to the Roblox website itself and log in to your account.
Do that and click on the bell icon on the upper right to accept any requests that you may have. Your friends will then be visible to you after you restart your system.
