Many hardcore fans have invested in the Spider-Man 2 game early in the form of Preorder. As part of the Preorder bonus, players get the Arachknight and Shadow Spider Suit as a bonus. Many are very excited to be able to start playing in these suits as soon as possible because they are incredibly cool and unique.
However, when you start the game, it is not immediately clear how you are supposed to equip it. Is there a process of unlocking it or can you just equip it immediately? How to Unlock Arachknight & Shadow Spider Preorder Bonus Suit
When you start the Spider-Man 2 game, you basically go through a series of Tutorials and Introductory Missions. In this early phase of the game, you are pretty much locked into the game and can’t even access the Suits section of the game.
So, you will need to go through this phase of the game before you can unlock the Suits Section in your Menu. When this Section unlocks, the Arachknight and Shadow Spider Preorder Suits will also unlock automatically.
Specifically, you will be able to unlock the Suits Section after you have completed the first 3 Main Missions in the game. At this point, you will be allowed to freely roam the city.
As you web swing your way through the city to your hearts galore, Spider-Man will complain that his suit is sandy.
This is referring to the encounter you’ll have in the early game with Sandman. After that, he will say that you need a change of suit.
This will start the Suit is Sandy Main Mission. You can follow the objective marker to a building where the spare suit is. Make your way to the top of this building to Retrieve the suit.
When you interact with the bag, this will automatically open up the Suits Section. Here, there will be a small tutorial explaining how the Suit system works.
In the whole roster of Suits, you will be able to find the two Suits that you got from the Preorder Bonus.
This is the Arachknight and Shadow Spider Suit that you will need to locate by scrolling down. While other suits are locked, these Suits are accessible to you immediately and will be unlocked automatically.
Scroll down to these Bonus Suits and you will be able to choose different Styles. For other suits, you need to Craft the Suit Styles. However, for your Preorder Suits, the Styles are already unlocked. Equip a Style you like and you’re all set!
