Even with the newest games, we can expect some bugs here and there and it’s unavoidable at this point. In Alan Wake 2, you’re there to investigate a mystery and to help keep things on track you go to your Mind Place. It’s a mechanic in the game that lets you connect the dots and learn more about the case. The thing is some players have experienced a bug with this.
In this guide, we’ll show you how you fix the Mind Place not working bug in Alan Wake 2. Luckily, the bug usually only happens near the start of the game!
How To Fix Mind Place Not Working | Can’t Enter & Leave
Some players have experienced a bug that can make them stuck in the Mind Place in the game. The Mind Place is a mechanic in the game where you connect all the clues and learn more about the case(s).
Usually, the bug occurs the first time the player goes to the Mind Place. Sadly, the only solution for this is restarting and making a new game.
If you experience this bug, you’ll then need to quit the game, relaunch, and start a new game. That is currently the only way to fix the bug.
Luckily, most of the players who experience it do so in the early stages of the game, so you’ll only lose a few minutes of progress.
Hopefully, in the future, the developers put out a patch to fix this problem. For now, the only way to fix it is to restart the game.
To make sure things work well, I suggest that you go through the Mind Place tutorial slowly and make sure to not skip anything.
